The precise and highly accurate measuring is based on two toothed oval-shaped gears that are rotated by the flow. Each oval gear rotation generates two pulses and each rotation measures a constant volume of oil. A coil sensor or an inductive proximity sensor picks up the rotation. The pulse signal can be transferred to indicators, counters, or automation systems.
Kytola’s oval gear flow meters have sturdy construction and they are made to last. The model SRO is made with durable shock-resistant and wear-proof plastic and aluminium components. The transparent cover makes it easy to visually monitor the flow meter on the run.
