Kytola’s oval gear flow meters always show the correct flow rate regardless of temperature or viscosity changes. They are an excellent choice for applications that require high resistance to chemicals combined with low loss of pressure.

The precise and highly accurate measuring is based on two toothed oval-shaped gears that are rotated by the flow. Each oval gear rotation generates two pulses and each rotation measures a constant volume of oil. A coil sensor or an inductive proximity sensor picks up the rotation. The pulse signal can be transferred to indicators, counters, or automation systems. The 2950 comes without flow adjustment valve.
