Kytola oil lubrication flow meters represent two technologies; variable area measuring principle and positive displacement or so called oval gear technology. VA flow meters are simple and cost effective solution. Oval gear flow meters offers most reliable technology for this purpose with on-time oil viscosity independent flow measurement and servicebility with the use of bypass valve for maintenance.
Kytola offer measuring stations for different size of lubrication system. KLDS for single up to 8 measuring point and OVALD2 upto 64 measuring points. These measuring stations offers visual check up for the status of each individual lubrication point with settable low- and high alarms to keep the flow running as designed. Measuring stations communicates with DDC or PLC using Modbus RTU or Ethernet.
